Mobile coverage in villas
New homes are insulated in accordance with the most recent Rc standards and therefore have a strong damping effect on RF (mobile telecom) signals. But houses in rural areas also suffer from poor mobile coverage. Signal optimisation in homes is difficult because – unlike business premises – there are not many ways of installing coax cables and antennas.
Despite that, a solution can be found for most situations, often in consultation with the house installer. Antennas can usually be tucked away in cupboards or sprayed in an RAL colour. There are also wireless solutions that can be used to improve the mobile signal in homes.
